The BEST day of my life!

June 19, 2008 was the BEST day of my life. why? Because I met the guy that I am totally obsessed with, John Theodore Geiger II aka the love of my life, Teddy.

My mom and I left Heber Valley Camp at 10:00 and headed to Provo. We weren't sure if there would be a line for the VIP show so we wanted to make sure that we got there early.
When we got to Provo we decided to get lunch and use the bathroom and then stake out our spot in line.

We sat around for a while and then decided to go walk around the mall and be back by 2:00.

After a while we decided to get in the car and turn on the air. I was laying in the back watching a movie and my mom was up front sleeping.
I just happened to look over and there was Teddy's bus right next to the car. I screamed and hit my moms arm to wake her up. We scrambled to put ourselves together and got out of the car.
After a couple of tries at getting the trailer parked, my mom offered to move her car and they took her up on the offer. (Teddy wasn't in the van but his Tour Manager and band mates were)


After waiting for a long time, Teddy pulled up in this car. He waved and then he got a phone call. We just sat and watched him, then he drove off. (They had him enter in the back) darn!We made some friends while standing in line. Stephanie(in the tank), Morgan(over Steph's left shoulder Eric and the girl on the bench(can't remember her name) We had fun talking about Teddy. it helped time go by faster.

This is the "Red Carpet" VIP photo area. We had our pictures taken and got our wrist band to get into the sound check. I was able to get a spot right in front of Teddy's mic. (OH YA!)During "sound check", Teddy looked at my shirt and said "It's your Birthday?"
I said, "Yes" He said, "What's your name?" I said "Shae" He said,
"Well, Happy Birthday, Shae" I was SOOOO excited!!

This is the private "meet and greet", I had him sign my t-shirt, my ticket, the photo they gave us and then I asked him if I could have his pick after the show. He told me I could have one right now and then he pulled one out of his pocket. (I had him sign that too)

(her bassist was creepy and weird!)


Steve, Teddy's Tour Manager. We talked to him all afternoon and assisted him with the "door" when they were hauling things in and out. He was super nice and took care of us.

OKAY, You might think that I am CRAZY, but when Teddy left the stage, he knocked over his cup of water. Seeing that it was right there in front of me, I grabbed it and kept it. Yup! I have the cup that Teddy Geiger drank out of .

More pictures after the Show, I had him sign a poster that we took from the bathroom.

I asked Teddy if he would put a message on my phone so when people get my voice, mail it is him. The first one he did was so funny, he mixed up Shae and cell and said shell. Well, I had Mandy call to listen to it and she told me it hadn't worked. I was freaking out!!! We were already in the car, driving down the road. My mom said, decide, go back now or don't, it's up to you. I said, Lets go back.
When I got there I found Steve and told him what happened. He said not to worry, Teddy would re-do it for me (and he did!) So if you want to hear the message, call my Cell Phone.
He is so cute. Can you believe that we were both wearing Purple? It couldn't have been any better!
